We have developed sophisticated products specifically for global supply chains in this industry. Information Technology Information Technology is an innovative concept we’ve harnessed to manage the flow of goods and information through the global procurement supply chains of system and/or module suppliers. Our Information Technology integrates customer production plans and order management routines, procures parts with full responsibility for processing and availability, manages and executes all related preliminary, main and onward carriage, consolidates and deconsolidates material flows and supplies to point of use. These processes are supported and underpinned by integrating key performance indicators. These KPI’s ensure transparency and provide important information about the supply chain. Automatically generated real-time alerts are generated by an integrated supply chain monitoring system, providing the information needed to make corrective decisions in the event of breakdowns and planning deviations. Information Technology can be utilised in a global network for one or more customers. Schenker raises the bar in terms of accountability. We offer financial KPI’s and propose that financial incentives/penalties (where applicable) be established if targets are either exceeded or not reached. Services
